Nurikabe Yokai

This is a Yokai from Japanese folklore, the Nurikabe manifests itself as a wall. It tries to impede or misdirect travellers in the night time. This would be completely futile though, as it extends itself forever, but lore has it that knocking on the lower part of the wall will make it go away. The legend is believed to have originated as an explanation for travellers losing their bearings on long journeys

Neuschwanstein castle: inside!

What I wouldn't do to be back in Europe! 

Though I missed Neuschwanstein when I was in Germany, I have always been curious as to the castles interior, as well as its magnificent exterior! What a sumptuous kitschy delight!

 It reminds me of Liberace sans bedazzler ;)

Jezebel Sationery, where art thou?

Whatever happened to Jezebel Stationery? I have come across her designs many many a time, as I wished to call a 'Boudicca and Romola rode white horses' tote my own, but their site has up and gone! Disappeared! It is so strange when things disappear off the internet, like the Unicorn Diaries!
