Here is where I posted about how ridiculously beautiful that Elle underwater shoot was, feast your eyes on this:

US Vogue April 2005

Drew makes the perfect beauty in among the roses, everything about this shoot is wonderful! The sumptuous colours, the over the top Couture gowns, the Victorian setting, just marvellous!

The sets are wonderful, the evocation of the old world intrigue!

Alice in Wonderland

What is it about certain books that become a giant part of the collective subconscious and influence so much beyond just the story.
Alice in Wonderland and Peter Pan being two examples.
They have both inspired films, more books, comics, musicians, clothing, photo shoots and last minute costume party goers everywhere.

Kasia Smutniak style

Kasia Smutniak, a Polish born actress and her fantastic wardrobe.
The dress above and in the middle below are personal favourites, long, ethereal, subdued colours, that middle Valentino gown below is made of dreams and sunshine!

I love how she's covered up and looks elegant, unlike so many tinseltown tatters today, what style!

But let's not kid ourselves, if they're not borrowed they're not paying a pretty penny for them?

Ah too beautiful!

Dita Von Teese house continued

Also, found these on Youtube, I'm a sucker for an internet peek at an interior, even if i have to endure silly video interviews, just look at the wallpaper! That taxidermy collection is molto amazing. I love how ridiculously over the top everything is, very carefully selected!

If i had a house like that i would never leave. her whole house is a Halloween outfit!

Danse Serpentine

Mesmerising
Made popular by Loie Fuller read more there. I love that the colours were added later, what painstaking effort! and that enchanting score by Raph Regan keeps the enchantment going until the music sadly stops...
