Colour me happy

This stunning photo of Switzerland! no idea who took it, but they are talented at captures!

I'm going to attempt to make some Lebkuchenherzen's! I was lucky enough to see them all on display in their finery at a Christmas fair in Germany a few years ago, the air was thick with their delightful smell and their beautiful colours.

Speaking of beautiful colours, Peau d'Ane, or Donkey Skin in English. The beautiful film version of the fairytale, starring the beautiful Catherine Deneuve, the costumes and scenery are out of this world.

a HESTON BLUMENTHAL edible Hansel and Gretel house (people can fit in it!) as per his fantastic feasts (recommended watching :) the entire thing is edible! life just isn't fair, why cant we all live in edible houses?
